1- Squat
2- Incline Pushup
3- Stepup
4- Incline Body Row
5- Single Leg Squat
6- Dip
7- Pullup
8- Elevated Split Squat
9- Decline Pushup
10- Decline Body Row
Add a little run and/or sprint and that is all you need for a great workout.
