Even though I tend to go a little overboard with what you can do at the playground sometimes I get back to basics. Here are my favorite 10 moves that are simple, easy to do at almost any playground and give you a great workout…
2- Incline Pushup
4- Incline Body Row
5- Single Leg Squat
8- Elevated Split Squat
9- Decline Pushup
10- Decline Body Row
Add a little run and/or sprint and that is all you need for a great workout.
When I find a new playground I prefer to not go to it with a plan but just see what unfolds. That’s what happened the other day so I thought I would film it and show an example of what I do when I go to play/exercise at a new playground.
